- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Don't put a dime into this city if you can help it. The money I planned on spending in the city was sucked out by the Police officers who set unfair speed traps right next to speed limit signs. The low speed limits are purposely set to bring in revenue as similar roads have higher speed limits. The locals I mentioned it to laughed because they are well aware of how "deviant" the officers are. The unpleasant experience has caused me not only to not spend money on that trip but to never spend money in a city that stands bye while travelers and potential customers are harassed.By Carl Hauser, November 21, 2016
